Hope Floats NC is a Relay for Life team paddling a 200 mile 8 day tour down the Neuse River from Raleigh to Oriental each year. The Three Ring Circus Tour is our third annual event. We paddle to celebrate those who have battled cancer and survived, remember those who have been lost to the disease and to fight back by raising money for the American Cancer Society.
