Promises To Keep is a non-stop 135 mile Veteran’s American Flag carrying relay run with active and veteran service members from Kenosha to Appleton Wisconsin. The goal is to honor the 158 Wisconsin Soldiers who have lost their lives in Iraq and Afghanistan.
