I am a girl living in the beautiful beach town of Carlsbad, in northern San Diego.  I am a triathlete, sailer, surfer, and diabetic.  I am married to the coolest artist in town, Tony Spineto, and have two of the most well-behaved, energetic, and theologically sound children around.  I am currently writing a memoir of life with diabetes and trying to raise $7500 for Insulindependence.org to help Diabetics challenge all sorts of athletic endeavors.
