National 3 Peak Challenge

About this event

On 13th July 2019, Sapphire 3 Peak Team are going to attempt to complete the National Three Peaks Challenge to raise money for Francis House Children's Hospice.

This involves climbing the three highest peaks of Scotland, England and Wales, within 24 hours. The total walking distance is 23 miles (37km), the total ascent is 3064 metres (10,052 ft) and the total driving distance is 462 miles.

Apostolos, Danillo, Laura, Leigh, Lucinda, Richard, Ste and Sholto will be taking part in the challenge with the help of our drivers Dave, Matthew and Phil.

Francis House provide respite and end of life care for children and young people with life limiting illness, and the necessary support and short term care for their families.

Francis House make a huge difference to the lives of families within the Manchester community and we would like to raise as much as possible to help this charity fund the amazing work they do.
