In my Garmin, I get distance, cycling time, average speed, average heartrate, calories. You only have distance correct. You are taking distance dividing it by elapsed time and getting average speed over time not over distance. This produces a false cycling average speed.  You should be taking cycling time - not elapsed time. Why can’t we have average heartrate shown? And even calories - although is far less important

Also in the RAB hub, why do we have to have other riders times from around the world in the leaderboard? Why not just our own? And why when we hover over an ‘avatar’, does it tell us this is an avatar - rather than the name of the person as it does in the hub?

In the 7 items above, in my estimation you get 1 out of 7. You get the distance correct.

Hello,

We do display heart rate and calories burned when the data is available to us in the uploaded GPX/TXC e.g files.

...It sounds to me like the Garmin device is exporting nodes in the files that we are aware of and do not cater for. If possible could you send the file to support [at] mapmytracks [dot] com and we will make any necessary adjustments we need to to get this data imported.

With regards to evrage speed it could be that your device may be exporting pause time in the format we recognise hence the erroneous data.
