since one week i’m not able anymore to compare the performances. opening the panel I only see a black window instead of the map and the controllers on the right do not work.
Have you updated your version of Flash? I got something similar to that a few months back and it turned out I was needing to update my Flash player for my browser…after the update it worked - not sure if it was the reason or just a coincidence, but might be worth trying.
I’ve tried with different browsers and PC, but doesn’t work anyway.
With google chrome the flash player is automatically updated, so I do’t think that it could be my problem.
I have this same problem however I noticed that I am able to compare tracks earlier than this week. It won’t work if I select one of the tracks from this week. Hope this helps you sort out the issue.
We have recently upgraded our data structure and a side effect of this is that the track comparison page will need to be upgraded to work with the new data.
Sorry to cause this inconvenience but the upgrade was necessary and we are working hard to convert all the pages that are affected.
Do you still experience problems with the compare-function? I’m having trouble starting the comparison - the only screen I get is the MapMyTracks logo, a green progress bar and the text “loading data”. I’m using Internet Explorer 9 on Windows 7.
The compare function does not appear to work. When I select two activities and activate the Compare icon it progresses to a new window where the message “data loading” appears indefinitely.
For me, this functionality is one of the most important reasons for using mapmytracks.com and OutFront. It would be nice with an update on the issue from the developers.
The compare function still does not (and never has) worked for me. Whenever I select to activities to compare the main panel seems to be stuck with the message “Loading Data” on it. I have tried on multiple pc’s (with the latest flash versions) and browsers (IE, Chrome and Firefox) with the same result. Any feedback would be appreciated. Thank you.
