Musto Skiff UK Nationals - day 2

13/06/2008 | Posted by Nick | Permalink

imageWhat a difference a day makes! Day two of the Map My Tracks Musto Skiff UK Nationals saw great racing conditions starting in a good westerly(ish) force 3.

Four races were run today taking the race tally to seven. After seven races top five on the leader boards are Stenhouse (13), Trotter (25), Oliver (36), Dixon (38) and Lovering (52). Full race results

Race tracking conditions were far more favourable today, (ie., no storms to deal with), however, apologies go out to our online spectators as the site was offline for a short period around midday. Due to an overwhelming response our tracking servers were brought to a standstill with everyone trying to view racing all at the same time. Clearly, this is unacceptable and we are already working on bolstering the servers to ensure that we can support as the widest viewing audience possible.
